Each session runs for either 10 or 25 minutes depending on the mode you select. The cap's automatic timer switches it off when the session ends, so you don't need to keep track yourself.
There are four modes: steady red light (10 min), alternating red and blue light (10 min), steady blue light (10 min), and alternating flashing/steady light (25 min). Press the "M" button to cycle through them and choose the combination you prefer.

The LED is very bright and although there are few in number, I think there is no problem as the wave flat part is well covered.
The hat is small, so it would be better to use something you are familiar with.
Works well. And it seems to cut off after 10 mins.
It has only been about a week, so I can't say anything about hair growth yet, but I can feel warmth inside the area where I used the light and notice some steaminess due to heat after use, so there seems to be some kind of effect.
I tried it on my face as well, and my vision became clearer (some improvement in eyesight?), so I will continue with expectations.
