Shipping & Delivery
All NovaPeak Glow orders ship with full tracking, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- Australia: typically 7–14 business days from dispatch
- International (US, UK, NZ, Canada): typically 10–20 business days from dispatch
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll chase it up with the carrier straight away.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all Australian orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking your order
Your tracking link is included in your dispatch email. If you can't find it, email us at support@novapeakglow.com and we'll resend it.
